Loneliness

Loneliness is regularly a profound burden for the people who go through it. In this communication era, never has loneliness been so present in peoples lives. Loneliness is transmitted by the absence of human contact, ironically, sometimes we cannot escape loneliness and isolation in a crowd.  For several, it's a quiet pain. Like a vicious circle; we hide from it and often bare the pain by shame of being alone.

For some people, loneliness is a intended inner path, the ideal place to think and contact our
inner self. But faced with unintentional loneliness, we become vulnerable physically and
psychologically. Isolation symptoms can create anxiety, anguish, sadness, a sensation of emptiness and can lead to depression.

To overcome loneliness, we must share our inner feelings with others, from there, we can give birth to friendship according to the valuable ties we make with others. Online chatting considerably reduces the feeling of loneliness and creates narrow ties between people, especially when we live in a isolated area or when our physical mobility is restrained.

Friendship is built around trust, common interests, confidences and mutual support.  For all of us, friendship is important in our day to day life. It allows us to talk, communicate, to share opinions on different subjects, certain problems and commonly decide what are the best
solutions for each other. Friendship is not loving someone for what they have or can give, but
loving them because you have their best interests at heart.

Here are a few ways to avoid loneliness and isolation:

First of all, don’t forget that you are not alone;
Accept yourself as you are;
Have a project;
Find an activity or a pastime that you enjoy;
Keep in touch with existing friends or loved ones;
Volunteer in a cause that you support;
And above all, go towards others.
